Rangiroa: the realm of thrills

The second largest atoll in the world, Rangiroa is a veritable inland ocean. Its spectacular passes attract divers and adventurers in search of thrills. Here, diving is synonymous with extraordinary encounters: playful dolphins, sharks in large numbers, manta rays, leopard rays and sometimes even... the majestic marlin or the great hammerhead shark.

Rangiroa is a must-see site for all diving enthusiasts: the energy of the currents, the clarity of the water, and the diversity of the fauna make it a legendary destination.

The must-see dive sites of Rangiroa

Tiputa Pass, dolphin ballet in Rangiroa
Rangiroa's most famous pass is a veritable underwater theater. Dolphins love to interact with divers, while schools of trevally and barracuda drift with the current.

Avatoru Pass, thrills guaranteed in Rangiroa
Smaller but just as intense, Avatoru Pass is home to numerous sharks and sometimes manta rays. The atmosphere here is wilder, ideal for sports diving enthusiasts.
