Ingredients (serves 4):
- 400 g tuna
- 250 cl pouring cream
- Parsley
- Salt
- 1 tsp fish stock powder
Preparation:
- Steam the tuna until cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then blend until smooth.
- Fold in the cream, finely chopped parsley, fish stock powder and a pinch of salt.
- Pack the mixture into a terrine mould, cover with cling film and chill for several hours.
