It’s perfect for travelers who want to start exploring Tahiti as soon as they arrive in French Polynesia, whether visiting the local market or strolling along the waterfront.
The guesthouse itself is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for its guests.
Accomodation
In addition to its ideal location, Fare Suisse offers comfortable rooms at attractive rates.
The guesthouse has standard rooms for two adults, triple rooms, and a family suite that can accommodate up to four people. All accommodations are air-conditioned for added comfort.
The studio can host three adults and one child, while the rooms are best suited for two adults.
Decorated in a clean, minimalist style, the rooms offer a cozy and restful environment after your journey.
Restaurant
Fare Suisse also features a bar-restaurant open daily. On the shaded terrace, the dining area offers panoramic views of Papeete.
Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and dinner between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The bar offers a wide variety of fruity drinks, along with a happy hour from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
For those who prefer to cook their own meals, a shared kitchen is also available.
Activities
Just a few minutes from the guesthouse, you’ll find Paofai Park, a lush green space where you can admire Tahiti’s tropical vegetation.
This beautiful walk leads to the waterfront, a perfect spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a cocktail with a view of the water. In this area, you’ll also find plenty of souvenir shops and pearl boutiques.
Just a short walk away is the Papeete Market, offering local handicrafts, fresh fruits, and seafood.
