Tahitian Sashimi Sauce

Le Sashimi Avec Etahititravel

Ingredients :

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Sunflower oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Green onion

Preparation :

  1. In a container, combine oyster sauce, mustard, and sugar.
  2. Whisk by gradually pouring the sunflower oil until the sauce thickens.
  3. Chop the garlic and green onion, then add to the sauce.
  4. Add the sesame oil, and it is ready.
