Tahitian Sashimi Sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlic
1 tsaf sesame oil
1. In a container, combine oyster sauce, mustard and sugar
2. Whisk by gradually pouring the oil, the sauce will thicken
3. Chop the garlic and green onion, then add to the sauce
4. Add the sesame oil and it is ready.
