Tariana PITOT

Travel Designer, Tahiti Specialist

Originally from Rangiroa, Tariana grew up with a strong sense of her Polynesian culture and its tradition. She learnt how to create shell necklaces, how to dance the Tamure and produce Tiare oil, but more than anything she learnt how to enjoy the traditional Polynesian dishes prepared by her mum!

Since a very young age, Tariana was dreaming about a career as a Crew Attendant as she wanted to travel the world. She left Rangiroa to study in Tahiti and she used to work in the local Hospitality industry during the school holidays. This is where she learnt the true sense of service. Tariana eventually ended up working for various international luxury hotels in Tahiti and more recently in metropolitan France.

Back after 9 years in France, she is willing to share her knowledge and love for our islands and promote the “less known” islands such as Huahine, Taha’a, Maupiti

Her favorite island : Rangiroa where she was born wich is well know for its under beauty and its beautiful lagoons.

Her favorite Polynesian dish : The “Banane and Mautini (Pumpinks) Po’e” which is a dish made of starch and vanilla infused in coconut milk.

Her passion : Sewing
