The Polynesian culture is very present within e-TAHITI travel, with for example the respect of the “Mahana Pae” (our “Polynesian Friday” when Polynesian attire and flowers are welcome to brighten the day).

Since 2020, our agency is in partnership with the OCEANIA NGO, www.asso-oceania.com

OCEANIA is based in Moorea and works for the protection of cetaceans in the Polynesian waters.

What is OCEANIA ?

OCEANIA is a non-profit organization based on the island of Moorea in French Polynesia.

The association was founded in 2017 and aims to ensure the future of the cetaceans of French Polynesia, thanks to the studies carried out throughout the year, allowing to propose conservation measures.

“OCEANIA is intended to be a channel of communication between science and the public, to encourage local observers to become actively involved in the protection of the cetaceans of French Polynesia and thus become actors of biodiversity. »

The agency offers the travelers to actively participate in this preservation through an eco-participation of 500 xpf* (4.19 Euros) included in each trip.

 This contribution is entirely donated to the Oceania association and contributes to the deployment of their main projects, such as “Vigie Sanctuaire” and “Fa’aora”.
