Coconut Bread (Faraoa Haari)
Ingredients :
250gms – all purpose flour
100ml – coconut milk
50ml – lukewarm water
35gms – sugar
10gms – dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
Preparation :
1. Mix the flour, the yeast, the sugar & the pinch of salt
2. Add the coconut milk & water
3. Knead for 10 minutes
4. Cover the bowl and leave it in a warm place to rise for 2 hours
5. Punch Down the dough & knead again for 10 minutes
6. Let the dough proof for 2 hours in a buttered mold
7. Then bake in oven at 180″C/350″F for 40 minutes to 1 hour
