Crab Curry with coconut milk

Le Crabe Curry Au Lait De Coco Avec Etahiti Travel

Ingredients :

  • 4 crabs
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 ginger
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of curry
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • A bouquet of green onion
  • 15 cl of coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation :

  1. Chop the garlic, shallot, ginger, and green onion, then dice the tomato.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil.
  3. Sauté the shallot, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Add the curry, then the crab.
  5. Add the tomato and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Pour the coconut milk, salt and pepper, then add the green onion.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes and it’s ready!
