Crab Curry with coconut milk

Ingredients :

puce4 crabs 

puce1 shallot

puce1 ginger

puce3 cloves of garlic

puce1 tbsp of curry

puce1 peeled tomato

puce2 tbsp of olive oil

puceA bouquet of green onion 

puce15 cl of coconut milk

puceSalt and pepper

Preparation :

1. Chop the garlic, shallot, ginger, green onion and dice the tomato 

2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil

3. Sauté the shallot, ginger and garlic

4. Add the curry, then the crab

5. Add the tomato and simmer for 30 minutes

6. Pour the coconut milk, salt and pepper, then add the green onion

7. Simmer for 5 mins and it’s ready !
