Matai Cocktail
Ingredients :
3cl white rhum
3cl amber rhum
2cl of triple sec
1cl cane sugar syrup
3cl lime juice
1cI of orgeat or pomegranate syrup
Preparation :
1. Pour the white rhum, triple sec, syrups and lime juice into a shaker half-filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously then pour into a glass by filtering the ice cubes with a cocktail strainer.
3. Add the amber rhum to the top of the glass before serving.
4. Add your Tahitian touch : a small decorative umbrella on a piece of pineapple, a cherry… Have fun ! Enjoy!
