Taro Chips
Ingredients :
Taro
Salt
Oil deep frying
Preparation :
1. Peel the taro root and slice it into very thin slices using a mandolin
2. Heat oil in a fryer/pan
3. Fry the slices until golden brown
4. Drain on paper towels
5. Season with salt & enjoy
