Cruise: 6 nights on Aquatiki Cruise to Fakarava
Embark for an an unforgettable adventure through the idyllic atolls of the Tuamotu Archipelago in French Polynesia aboard the AquaTiki Cruise. Designed for small groups seeking a unique and intimate experience, this all-inclusive trip combines the thrill of exploration with the comforts of a luxurious catamaran. This journey will take you to the most exceptionnal diving spots of the Tuamotu.
Day 1
Arrival at Fakarava and transfer to the Aqua Tiki. Settle in, then a first swim in turquoise waters. Welcome cocktail at sunset.
Day 2
Sail to South Fakarava, anchoring at Tetamanu. First dives by the village and a visit to its old coral church. Plancha dinner.
Day 3
Morning dive in the southern lagoon, then an excursion to the “pink sand motu” for swimming and reef fishing. Afternoon dive and a sunset cocktail.
Day 4
Sail to Kauehi with big-game fishing along the way. Two dives on the coral reef, with water activities for non-divers.
Day 5
Dives alongside the reef, plus a kayak excursion to explore the reef flat and wild, seabird-filled motu.
Day 6
Sail to North Fakarava to dive the immense Garuae pass — the largest in Polynesia. Anchor off Rotoava for a farewell evening.
Day 7
Visit the village and a pearl farm, a final swim, then transfer to the airport. Polynesian farewells.
Tahiti: 3 nights at the Hotel Kon Tiki *** – Tahitian Room
Return to Tahiti for a final taste of island life before your flight home.
Back at the Hotel Kon Tiki in the heart of Papeete, you’ll settle into familiar surroundings for two relaxed nights. Take a last stroll through the city market, pick up souvenirs along the waterfront, or simply head up to the rooftop for a farewell cocktail and one more panoramic view over the sea and the city.
